A celebratory yuengling after last night’s Jets win.

The mysterious and pleasing Stone Cali - Belgie makes an appearance at my local bottle shop. I grabbed the last bottle at only $5.99. Best $5.99 ever spent. Recently my wife and I took a trip down to San Diego and made a stop at the Stone Gardens and sampled a few of these. One of their best, that’s for sure.

filling for the steak, guinness and cheddar pie. After getting a nice sear, you add 1 guinness (the other guinness is for the chef!) and then let is braise in the oven for 1.5 hours.
